Every problem spawns a new one, and 'urgent' spreadsheet requests are a weekly occurrence. Proper tooling investment is long overdue. Blame culture is deeply embedded. Escalating to someone's line manager is treated as a first resort, not a last one — and if you're on the receiving end, you're guilty until proven innocent. Redundancies happen without warning, only for the same roles to be advertised months later. It leaves employees feeling disposable and undermines any sense of job security. Bureaucracy is suffocating. Getting anything done requires navigating layers of approval and process that seem designed to slow things down rather than protect quality.
