Pros
Great salary to be fair, but you've to go on strike for it. Loads of perks like discounts and the free travel for your wife and kids. State of the art gym for £1 a week is great. Sign up for welfare get 70% of your dental, opticians etc bills paid back for you and your family.
Cons
Worked for 4 years, hours aren't great but it's expected as a bus driver, forget what the training school tells you about family friendly duties! Work isn't difficult, people get stressed but there's no need to with traffic, however stress over management handling situations is high throughout the company, it's terrible. I've said I'll go back, when that issue is sorted. Boys that are 30 years in the job are retiring early and leaving because of it.
