Pros
I grew more in my 3 years at TSI than I ever could have imagined. I learned what consulting was (is) and how to analyze different environments so that our clients would be more effective.
Cons
I really can't think of any. The only reason I left is I got hired with a position at an elite university with so much flexibility, I could not turn it down.
