The role was labeled differently once I was active. That should have been the first red flag. I have worked in healthcare doing a similar role and it was a bad decision to join TCN. The leadership and corporation is highly disorganized. In a sales role, you’d expect your goals to be laid out clearly and that is not the case here. If you like receiving incorrect information weekly and no way to track your progress.. this is you company. Any smart sales person would avoid this company and the hiring manager. They hired someone who has no experience and no understanding other than using AI to communicate the smallest items. What happened to critical thinking and actual development?
