Long Hours, Underpaid, undervalued. Transform were taken over in 2015 in a pre-administration deal (bought for peanuts) by aurelius ( aurelius are an investment german company), who are only interested in bottom line figures. High staff turnover, resulting in inexperienced staff with no duty of care shown to staff or patients. Hospital group have also being purchased by Aurelius, again in a pre-administration deal (companies but - not debt can be left behind).

I have worked for the company almost 8 years and I pretty much enjoy everything about my role. Staff here are amazing we make a great team, love looking after our patients. The pay is great and decent amount of holidays. Every day varies depending on patients. The surgeons are great to work with all very different but all equally as lovely.

The hours are long as you need to be available for patients out of working hours and workload is high but it doesn’t stop the job from being enjoyable.
