Very cheap company which does not value investing in the customer or sales force. There is no clear direction and the goals assigned are unrealistic. You are on your own with little pay and little marketing material. The market rates which Transfast offers are the same or worse that other companies like Ria,Sigue, MoneyGram or Choice. Transfast does not give you the tools to succeed at your job which is critical in competitive Money Transfer market. The turn over is very high and pay is very low. The culture at Transfast is slash and burn. Nobody is interested in you and it can take weeks to get a response from management when you have problems. This is not a place to make a career.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
