1. Great team atmosphere — colleagues are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. 2. Overall respectful attitude from management toward employees. 3. Fully remote position, which makes work-life balance easier. 4. Flexible schedule — you can request morning, day, or night shifts depending on your preference. 5. Up to three days off per month can be requested.

Cons

1. Very low base salary — even with bonuses, it’s hard to make ends meet. 2. The bonus system became unrealistic, forcing employees to perform like robots just to qualify. 3. High stress and strict performance monitoring lead to burnout. 4. Limited opportunities for real career growth or skill development. 5. The feeling of being exploited rather than valued as a human being eventually makes the job unsustainable.

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Cons

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
