      Received all the perks we requested to start. E.g. pay, training, etc.

      Cons

      Truck constantly broke down. Home time for teams is HORRIBLE!! Out for 4 weeks = home for 3 days or 4 if you were lucky. Expect to haul expedited freight for FedEx. Also, watch your pay stubs for unpaid loads.

      Average pay, new equipment, decent miles

      Cons

      No culture, no raises, no effort to retain drivers, no future with company because never get a raise year after year, no respect for drivers
