Mmmmm... having a hard time to come up with one. I was getting paid- this is a pro, isn't it?
Cons
The company is full of unprofessional & uneducated managers and directors with big egos and even bigger trucks! Ancient ERP system, inefficient processes and redundant procedures. The upper management is afraid of spending $$ to upgrade their systems, or update their office facilities. Have no clear plan or clue where the company is heading to. If you are an ambitious professional and want to build a career, this is definitely not your place!
