Generally, the people at the company are all very good and nice. There are lots of tenured employees with strong institutional knowledge in middle management.
Cons
The leadership changes in the recent years have been disruptive. The company lost a significant amount of middle management talent due to turnover. Promotions from within to executive positions is almost non-existent.
