Unqualified and incompetent upper management - Anonymous employee Transamerica Employee Review

They over promise and under deliver. The leadership lacks in all accounts: they're immature, unprofessional, misogynistic and unqualified. Pretty uninspiring to work with people you don't respect or look up to for mentorship and guidance. Feels like a circus show that's not worth the time or fare. Also, there's no innovation. They talk a lot of talk, but can't back it up. It's crippling to my brain to go through motions of mediocrity.
