      Fantastic culture and incredible exposure to facets of business early in life. No other company will do this for you.

      Cons

      Still operates like a start-up without much structure which is good and bad. Great opportunity to grow and build your brand within the company but not strong processes around sales

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
