Forced everyone back to work, claiming "collaboration", usual Boomer mentality. Despite being back in office everyone still meets on teams. Pointless..HR is basically non-existent, worst I've seen in entire industry . No accountability, no consistency, and you would honestly not even think they have an HR department they're so uninvolved. There is not a scrap of culture in this company. No sense of belonging, no commonalities, no effort to increase work life balance.
