      Pretty good benefits for the size of the company. Not as good a tech, but good for the size.

      Cons

      The only realistic way to increase your compensation is to get promoted into another role. The yearly increases are less than inflation

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
