Pros

Easy going, fun and full of surprises. Everyday is different and managment is easy to get along with. Most of the time.

Cons

Not very organized. Sometimes feels like high school with different departments always isolating each other at corporate events.

Pros

Fun and fast paced. Work with customers who have booked a birthday party on the day of the party to check in their kid as well as the other kids that have been invited to the birthday party. Get kids ready to jump and while they're jumping make sure that the food/drink order for the party is correct. Help party hosts get everything ready for the last 30 minutes of the party when all guests gather to eat pizza and have cake. Make sure payment is received at the end of the party.

Cons

It can be quite stressful dealing with so many different people at one time. Shifts can be long, back-to-back, and it's easy to get overworked.

Pros

Can't think of any pros. Greedy owners and inexperienced management makes working at this sweatshop a nightmare. No air conditioning in the summer and hardly any heat in the winter - no wonder why they hire mostly foreigners for this sweat shop. Everyone here in Ogden, Utah manufacturing just got laid off because they are moving their operations to Mexico. Typical corporate greed!

Cons

Company doesn't care about their employees, just making a quick buck. Managers don't know what they're doing and make it seem like high school all over again. Owners are out of touch with day-to-day operations, just caring about making money at the expense of employees. They seem to have the attitude towards employees of "use, abuse, and then discard" - when you have served your purpose, then they will get rid of you. I wouldn't recommend this place to work if you want loyalty, stability and good pay for your efforts and skills. The benefits are terrible as well - doesn't even make sense to have company benefits because the premiums are so high and the pay is so little.
