Not a big agency bureaucracy?

Working as a Project Manager at Traina Design was a challenging yet rewarding experience. I learned so much while working here and would recommend this agency to any project manager looking to oversee high level projects, while still enjoying all of the perks that come with a small agency (for example, people actually remember your birthday and congratulate you when a project goes well!). This is a friendly, team-centric environment, made up of people who genuinely love what they do, and care for one another. Not only that, the CEO is extremely kind, warm, and transparent with his employees about the how the agency is doing, and is always open to brainstorming new ideas on how to achieve goals, which don't only include those of the agency, but those involved in your own professional development as well.

I don't have any negative comments to add about my time at Traina Design.
