Made you do tasks not on job description.
Toxic masculinity work culture.
A lot of my role was standing outside in the freezing cold counting people at train stations or measuring roads for projects. Were not at all accommodating to wanting to do something different. Was told if I did not take part in projects, they would change my role and decrease pay.
Just an awful environment to work in - especially the bosses.
Horrible pay for what you're doing.
Your job is not what they display when offering role.
Office in a good location, Joe (CEO) very friendly
Cons
Micromanagement by director Mahesh. Speaks to you bluntly and sarcastically if you've made a mistake. Makes 0 effort to greet you in the morning despite having less than 15 people in the office. Minimal progression and very tight on pay. Overwork employees, have to fill daily timesheets with what you're working on and youll be questioned why it's taken you so long to do a piece of work despite getting 0 training. Not very diverse
