Pros
Salary on time Free lunch on Friday but food quality is worst as HR earning commission from vendor, and not changing vendor after so many complaints.
Cons
Management plays favorites, there’s zero transparency.Management structure is highly centralized and controlling, with critical decisions, including staffing and termination, being disproportionately driven by the US-based leadership, even in cases of exceptional performance from local teams. HR is useless specially in Pune and is a significant area of concern. There is a perceived lack of transparency and potential conflicts of interest regarding vendor relationships (e.g., office catering/lunch vendor), which appears to take precedence over employee satisfaction and cost-efficiency." Frequent layoff even company doing better than last year. The CEO and senior leadership appear to be overwhelmingly profit-driven, which often results in decisions and a company culture that demonstrates a lack of genuine concern for employee well-being, growth, and retention. There is a pervasive feeling that the company's internal communication and reporting may be overly optimistic or potentially misleading, particularly as it relates to financial health and progress. This creates an environment of uncertainty and low morale as the company appears to be focused on achieving a sale or acquisition rather than sustainable, honest growth.
