Thank you for sharing your feedback. I agree we have some wonderful perks, and are certainly blessed with amazing employees.
However, I have to say, it feels like you are describing a very different company to Tradify when you describe the "Cons".
Culture - We are very proud of our strong culture and high employee engagement, as reflected in the employee feedback that is provided directly to us via our Tradify team. In fact, the ANZ Sales team (who you list above) has some of the highest engagement metrics in the company, and this includes management collaboration, communication and trust.
Salary - We benchmark our salaries twice a year, and have a very fair and competitive commission structure, with KPI's that are shared transparently at the time of hiring.
It seems that your experience is not aligned to the experience of the rest of the team, and we are sorry to read this. However our Inside Sales team tell us we are doing a great job at motivating, growing and rewarding them for their hard work.
Regarding your "Bullying Culture" comment. I'd like to make it clear that we would never tolerate bullying, and this accusation is something I take very seriously.
I would be happy to discuss this offline, and would appreciate the opportunity to do so, as this is clearly not something you have raised with me in any other capacity or forum before now.
