      clean, interesting food and history, fun, flexible scheduling, try to help as much as possible.

      Cons

      far away from home, sometimes the employees could be tempermental, chef tempermental, some customers not satisfied.

      Pros

      The customers make it fun and the location is beautiful.

      Cons

      Tip transparency is non-existent. You work private events and have no idea how tips are split, you make drinks all night for servers with no idea if how they tipped out. Management could not care less.
