Overall great colleagues and a lot to learn.

Very unorganised, bad onboarding and lack of support from the managers. You are expected to learn everything extremely fast and find your way through since day one. It is often that people work overtime and are expected to work outside business hours, without any acknowledgement for their effort or compensation.

Nice colleagues, you get to try a lot of different things.

The reason you get to try a lot of different things is that they have unrealistic expectations. You have to be an expert in everything while being paid nothing. Management does not care about people, which is shown by how many people leave within two years or go down with stress symptoms. If you apply for a buyer role, be prepared to do everything and be expected to travel a lot - even when the countries are going through dangerous times - and not expect much assistance from your nonbuyer colleagues. If you are lucky, you get a manager with human qualities. If you are not, don't expect anything to change. Get your experience and leave like the majority of people. You get nothing in return for all the traveling and are likely paid even less than anyone else in the company. If you are an international, expect a salary below average for Danish citizens. If you are Danish expect a salary way below what you could get anywhere else.
