      Pros

      Management takes a lot of time to communicate, keeping employees in the loop and making them feel included. Remote working set-up, allowing for a lot of flexibility, esp. because TradeLink supports asynchronous working with digital tools - a lot of young parents work at this company. Lots of opportunities for growth and development as TradeLink values regular feedback and there are many great projects in the pipeline for you to showcase your skills! The job does not get boring. Great atmosphere among colleagues.

      Cons

      Can be quite fast-paced, as you would expect from a start-up - I like it very much, but this can of course sometimes lead to working hours exceeding the 9am - 5pm working hours ;)

      Pros

      full remote with excellent tools for this start-up mentality and work processes open, authentic, supportive, demanding management pragmatism everywhere: our customers, our way of thinking, our experiences

      Cons

      If you need an office to socialize with the colleagues and don't live in Berlin or Munich where we have one, you may be sad here. It is clearly better if you're interested by logistics and working to help big industrial installations like our warehouses.
