Cons
Like every retailer, they claim to be a family and a team but when push comes to shove they don't really care about you. They denied an employee access to the employee relief fund after her apartment building burned down and when I warned them of the extreme heat in their poorly built garden centers they came back and basically said "toughen up". They don't have veteran discount despite claiming to support and value veterans. They value managers who drive their employees like slaves and punish those who actually try to care for their teams. They're hypocritical and greedy. Work for them at your own risk and never trust them. Employee discount sucks and isn't applicable on clearance or sale items.
