- Salaries lower than benchmark in the Belgian energy sector - Cost-cutting policies leaving e.g. very few room for training - Lack of good management and mid-senior experts to ensure transfer of knowledge and quality - Uneven distribution of work and pressure among staff, with only limited incentives to achieve high performance
