      Pros

      TrackAbout has some very smart people doing good work. They honestly punch above their weight. The CTO is amazing to work with. The codebase is huge and has a lot of capabilities and features, making it daunting to get used to. But the code is generally good quality.

      Cons

      The code base shows its' age in places.

      Pros

      A wonderful company culture you simply won't find anywhere else. The entire team is always willing to help with any questions. Ability to work remotely. Great schedule flexibility which allows for an easy work-life balance. The leaders in the company are always looking for and open to different markets to expand the product offering.
