- differences across countries and systems add complexity and decrease speed in decision making - more attention to detail for more sustainable results - more structures and clear processes would increase the efficiency

Pros

Work/life balance, some friendly colleagues, decent amount of autonomy depending on which team you're on, little to no accountability

Cons

Incompetent leadership actively making decisions that hurt the business, an extremely outdated product and high customer churn. PE owned with little profit left to extract coupled with unrealistic goals based on minimal budget. Serious lack of HR support (especially in US) for everything from benefits to tax requirements, no real career path or advancement opportunities (even promotions come with less than 5% or no raise), obsession with hierarchy, painfully slow and inefficient internal processes, lots of dead weight because it's very difficult to fire people in Europe. This company is a joke. RUN don't walk away from them.
