Although mentioned to upper management, it seems that my concerns are pushed under the rug. They can’t seem to see the value in employees and take concerns seriously. My concern is geared more toward HR. I’ve been told HR is aware of my situation but there’s been no follow up and no resolution. It’s been months. I’m not the only employee who has brought the same concern to upper management attention. They also fail to give merit raises yearly as promised upon hire. Towlift feeds their employees what they want to hear to get through each day. They don’t follow through with commitments they’ve made to employees. Communication is key and really seems to be lacking in this company.
