Pros
The pay and benefits are incredible, employer pays insurance for employee, company tools/truck.
Cons
Long Hours, Outdoors in all weather, climbing towers, working 20+ hour days under extreme duress. The biggest con of working here is the people sitting in Chicago making up things to make the day harder, more paperwork, more requirements. etc. Oh, and they have GPS real time tracking on their vehicles, but never release that information until it benefits them. Work/Life balance is a joke, we worked 60-70+ hours a week, and spent most nights in a hotel.
