I would absolutely not advise taking an offer from here unless you’re desperate. I tried to have compassion for the owner and his unorthodox practices, but this place is horribly managed, hence the constant turnover. It’s a shame because the owner has a great vision and the business has potential. I sincerely hope they get the help they need so that they can better foster employee loyalty and growth, which in turn will help the business flourish.

There's been a lot of company restructuring since I started, great co-workers, supportive senior management. Full-time, monday through friday, NO WEEKENDS (unless you want to come in) and there's benefits (which is rare for this industry). There's a lovely little cafe down the hall, you can eat your lunch there or go for a break. Senior management has pretty high standards and won't accept mediocre work ethic, you've got to put in the leg work and take initiative!

Didn't have too much onboarding training. However new management has taken over and their new initiative is to restructure the onboarding and training for all staff.
