Pros
The friendships and bonds I made during my time at TourRadar were rare and I don't believe could be replicated in other environments. People were encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and the team collaborated really well. With the company being a tech startup, there were lots of opportunities to learn, make an impact, and have free reign over the projects you worked on.
Cons
The team is spread out across North America, Austria, and Australia, and so there were some limitations of navigating different time zones. Also, the compensation and benefits offered were limited.
