Pros
People here are warm and nice, which creates a friendly work environment.
Cons
Relies heavily on interns to support day-to-day operations, to the point where interns often function as essential members of account teams rather than being in a position of learning. Typically, each full-time employee is assigned an intern, and a significant portion of operational work is delegated to them. Intern responsibilities include creating seeding lists, preparing decks, KOL outreach, media monitoring, reports, PR Kit packing, coordinating deliveries. While these are all valuable skills to learn, the volume of administrative and executional work can be overwhelming and often leaves little opportunity for strategic learning or professional development. Workloads can be particularly demanding during campaign launches and reporting periods. The resource allocation for this is another challenge. The agency invests minimally in operational tools, resulting in inefficiencies that affect both interns and full-time staff. For example, media monitoring resources are shared across the entire team, creating bottlenecks during reporting periods. Tracking limits for influencer campaigns are also restricted, which can impact campaign management and reporting accuracy. There also appears to be little formal workload protection. While many agencies limit the number of accounts assigned to each employee to prevent burnout, no such safeguards seem to exist here. As a result, full-time staff are often stretched thin and may pass increasing amounts of work to interns simply to manage their own responsibilities. For example, the interns often contact influencers way past standard working hours to meet tight deadlines, and overtime is common. Interns are also expected to do an intern presentation which includes presenting new KOL recommendations, despite already handling substantial operational workloads. While these initiatives can be valuable, they sometimes feel more like a way to extract additional work rather than provide meaningful development opportunities.
