Pros

I had an excellent positive experience working at TTP. The managing director was extremely approachable and genuinely invested in staff development. As a training provider herself she clearly understands the importance of professional growth and was very supportive of my career progression. TTP has a supportive and collaborative culture and I always felt comfortable asking questions or seeking guidance from the MD/Senior Leadership Team. Communication was open and there was a clear focus on delivering high quality training to learners. I had the skills, knowledge and tools I needed to deliver a great job which made a real difference in supporting learners effectively. Learners are clearly at the heart of everything TTP do. It’s a great place to work if you want to develop your skills and be part of a team that values learning and improvement.

Cons

I did not encounter any issues during my time with TTP nor did my close colleagues.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The organisation has a supportive culture where people are approachable, collaborative and genuinely committed to doing a good job. There are clear opportunities to learn, develop new skills and take on additional responsibility, which makes it a great place for personal and professional growth. Leadership are visible and open to feedback, and there is a strong focus on continuous improvement. The work is meaningful, fast paced and varied, which keeps things interesting and allows you to make a real impact. Like any growing organisation there are busy periods and change can happen quickly, but this also creates opportunities to shape processes and contribute ideas. Overall, I would recommend this organisation to anyone looking for a supportive environment, development opportunities and the chance to be part of a team that is passionate about what they do.

Cons

the organisation maintains high standards and clear expectations, which means it isn’t the right fit for everyone but this helps protect quality and creates a strong, committed team.

Pros

I had 4 wonderful years at TTP and felt a sense of responsibility to ensure that people know about the wonderful things that happen at this pioneering company. Inspiring leadership comes as standard. I was motivated and recognised for trying my best everyday. I worked hard for the business and my leaders worked hard for me. Reward and recognition programmes are tailored and plentiful. TRUE work life balance and flex. I have a little boy with Autism and I had weekly appointments with him. Within 3 hours of my request to move to a 4-day week (for hospital appointments and therapies), it was authorised. Leaders genuinely care. Systems, processes and training. TTP are market leading in their approach to be effective. Dynamic and pioneering training programmes, to keep you fresh and relevant, are very much on the agenda. Any training request I had, to upskill myself, was authorised and encouraged. I learned a lot whilst I was here. Feedback loops are continuous at TTP and any update, celebration, change is communicated effectively, collaboratively and passionately. If you love team working, you'll love it here. Autonomy. When one considers true autonomy, they envisage; firstly, enough quality training to be competent to make independent decisions. Secondly, they expect quality feedback to reinforce that what they are doing is correct. Then, they expect to be recognised for their efforts and celebrated for working effectively. TTP do all wonderfully. True engagement. I spent a lot of time in SLT's before entering the Education sector and truly appreciate the dynamism and effectiveness of the leaders at TTP.

Cons

Although all equipment is provided, phone, laptops etc, I am an Apple user and had to get to grips with non IOS based systems. I think an option of Apple or Dell (type) systems, dependant on your preference, would only encourage and allow for more productivity. You can choose your phone system, Laptops would also be good, I feel.
