Pros
I have worked for Total Scope as a lab technician for two years and was started at a wage of $18 an hour. Total Scope is a third-party endoscope repair company, we focus on preforming repairs on large and small diameter endoscopes for major hospitals nationwide. Now, some benefits to working at Total Scope. To start off it is an easy-going and happy work environment. The management and other lab technicians are kind and always willing to help with any issues employees have. Senior lab technicians are dedicated to training new incoming technicians in the most proficiant way possible. This company offers full health benefits, but that just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what is offered to Total Scope's employees. Employees are given the opportunity to work as much overtime as they please, while getting paid time and a half. Total Scope has also announced a new bonus program. This program rewards employees for the amount of units they work on in the span of a month, making overtime work even more worthwhile. As if there wasn't enough reasons why Total Scope is a great company, during the summer, everyother Friday the company provides its employees with food to have a barbecue during their lunch hours. This allows all the employees to not only gather together as workers, but as friends.
Cons
The only con to working at Total Scope is there is only one bathroom per gender, but it is a small price to pay for working at such a great company.
