Pros
When I first started here I had 6 months of sales experience working at Marcus & Millichap, and it's an absolute night and day difference. The work culture here is one of the best parts, everyone collaborates, and help is always available, typically sitting right next to you. The opportunity at this job is second to none if you don't have a fancy degree and years of experience in a certain industry. The training is top notch, getting 3 months of on-hand experience before being able to even sell allows you the proper time to understand the ins and outs of the logistics industry before you find your own customers. Also, coming from a Sales role where we had no in-house software that helps you gain a competitive edge in the market TQL's software has blown me away.
Cons
The hours at the Denver office are a big challenge for some as it is 5:45am-3:15pm. But let's be honest what are you doing for your life after 10pm anyways? And trust me once you get used to it, having time to work out after work AND get home before 5pm, giving you plenty of time to cook dinner and relax has been a game changer for my mental health, coming from a bartending sleep schedule.
