Pros
The employees are the best to work with. Corporate is the part of the company that is very difficult to work with.
Cons
- corporate/HR messes with your timecard to adjust it. For example, let's say that you are scheduled to work 9-5, but you come in earlier than 9, they do not pay you for that. Let's say you work overtime because a patient stayed late, unless you seek approval (which is such a task) you don't get paid for the overtime. - lots of micromanaging. - Biggest con: they mess with your money
