Pay was OK for the 1st year, coworkers at the branch level were nice
Cons
Because everyone works from home, upper management cannot see/hear what team leaders are saying to the troops. Upper management takes a blind eye to hearing about problem/loose canon team leaders that drive away good sales people. Turnover is very high, and you will be brought into the company under false pretenses.
