      Pros

      - Product is really needed in the energy industry - Teams are collaborative despite being mostly remote - Work is shown in front of company every 100 days - Remote work allows for flexibility for my family - Transparency of the business (for the most part)

      Cons

      - It's a startup so we are constantly figuring out a lot of things - Heavy workload towards the 100 day events

      The product, team and energy of this place is amazing!

      Torus is a word hard play hard environment, it's a team of builders. I love that about Torus!

      Pros

      Seems like the next big thing. Some great talent at the lower ranks. Good mission.

      Cons

      CEO is insufferable. Tells a big vaporware story that the products don't deliver on. Big hat, no cattle. No-one has bought the product in 2 years outside of friends & family (double digit customers - not what's told). Bully culture - if you push on anything you get pushed out. Burns cash faster than a lonely man in Vegas.
