Pros

1. A meticulous mechanism to streamline and delegate tasks to employees. One must report to the senior management about their tasks and agency every friday. 2. An involved MD, SG (CEO) will ensure that you not only work on you strength but also on your abilities that require more attention. An understanding and perceptive founder makes a wonderful team of employees. He ensures that there is a synchronous communication between employees across branches—through weekly briefings. 3. An empathetic and an outstanding team of people who are one of the best in PR industry. The firm has been in the space for a long time thus, it knows how to train its employees and make them have their own career trajectory. A fresher inducted in the agency will be trained by seasoned professionals in the industry. 4. Some of the best clients- Torque believes to have clients that can achieve great heights and momentum. It builds a brand from scratch and makes it forefront player in the industry. All in all, A Torque-ian will always remain a Torque-ian!

Cons

Work-life balance is an issue and one has to be on toes every day. However, that remains typical of any PR agency. One must adapt to the rising demands as the team manages varied clients.

Pros

- Torque can be a reasonable starting point for freshers who want exposure to the fundamentals of PR and basic execution.

Cons

One of the challenges is the client portfolio. Many of the accounts handled by the Mumbai branch are smaller in scale, which naturally limits the scope of work. The majority of responsibilities tend to be execution-focused, with limited opportunities for strategic input or creative thinking. Over time, this can feel restrictive for those looking to expand their skill set. A more significant concern for me was the overall leadership experience. The work environment felt divided at times, and collaboration across the team was not always encouraged. Recognition and feedback were inconsistent, which affected morale. I personally felt that strong performance was not always acknowledged in a transparent or motivating manner. There was also a noticeable lack of structured mentorship and direction. Team members were often expected to navigate challenges independently without sufficient guidance. For individuals who value coaching and professional development, this may feel limiting. Additionally, I experienced communication and management styles that felt discouraging and, at times, uncomfortable. The leadership approach did not foster the inclusive and supportive culture that many professionals look for in a workplace. My experience during the notice period further reinforced my concerns, as the transition was not handled in a way that felt professional or respectful. Overall, while the organization may serve as a short-term learning platform for freshers, experienced professionals seeking growth, mentorship, and a collaborative work culture may want to carefully evaluate whether this branch aligns with their expectations.

Pros

The organization offers substantial exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, enabling a well-rounded understanding of varied PR mandates. The work environment is highly hands-on, providing practical experience across media relations, client servicing, and campaign execution. Senior team members, particularly those with long-standing tenure, bring valuable industry knowledge and are supportive in guiding and mentoring team members, creating a strong learning ecosystem. It is an excellent platform for individuals at an early stage in their careers to build a solid foundation in public relations.

Cons

The nature of work is fast-paced and often involves managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, which can be demanding and requires strong prioritization skills. As the organization continues to grow, certain processes are still evolving, which may occasionally lead to ambiguity or require additional coordination.
