Trainers that are unskilled literally deciding if people should keep their job. Your on desk training is just get yelled at and hoping you figure it out. Then if you don’t you get let go. Conflicting information depending on who you are sitting with. I was written up for not sending on a call where the next person I sat with literally yelled at me for trying to process the exact same scenario and sending. And this is one of the reasons I wasn’t successful?? Figure that out? And as much as they tell you, you can ask anyone for help on the floor-you cannot. No one likes the “new” people and won’t talk to you or help you. They’ll just completely ignore you and look away. If you’re lucky someone might try to talk to you and make you feel welcome but that is not the culture at all. They make you feel unwanted on the floor, it’s already a hard enough job let alone being treated like you don’t matter at work.
