Pros
Clean shop, some form of order in work, can get away with only 40 hours, no payment issues, unionised shop..so equal pay, good for learning
Cons
safety culture is for namesake(measured in $$), middle management passes on blame to workers, too much worker politics, no career opportunities, favourtism shown in shop for... career opportunities etc.
