I have been working here for more than 7 years and my experience itself explains how happy and satisfied I am with this organization. The work culture is extremely well. Our top management helps us in every aspect and they are very supportive. I have worked with a lot of other senior managers in my past and to be honest we have an open door policy in Torfac as our management is always approachable and everyone is able to get immediate solutions.
