      Pros

      Job itself is great, on time bonus, extra pay on weekends, lots of instances where food is brought in, pizza every Saturday.

      Cons

      No praise on how well you are doing, employees are known to slack off after being brought to attention by management and nothing is done, NO sick time, building is old and falling apart, never felt job security.

      Very flexible with the schedules Varied clients make the work interesting Generally a relaxed helpful attitude from management

      The office is older and could be updated Wages could be more competitive Not a lot of room for advancement
