Toxic work environment. Staff don’t have enough support and are blamed for the shortcomings of management. Staff are berated and shamed regularly. Managers abuse their power and are rude and disrespectful towards employees. Aggression is rewarded and unfair treatment is the norm. Regular shifts are overtime with no breaks and time is not valued.
