      Pros

      Excellent pay, especially on the busier nights. Higher tabs means higher tips. Shorter shifts. Average of 4 to 7 hour shifts. Fun work environment, fun coworkers.

      Cons

      Drama amongst managers and staff plays out like a highschool drama. Customers can be very, very abrasive at times. Kitchen ticket times were atrocious. Some interesting "relationships" tend to form amongst the staff.

      Lots of team building, attempts to make work environment fun such as dress up days, overall a fun brand

      Cons

      Good for hourly positions, not the best for management positions, lots of work and long hours for the roles, pay could be better, too much on the list of to-do’s
