Pros are you work remotely after going into the cross dock for about 2-4 hours a day. Salary,PTO, all health benefits. If you get good enough you can travel seeing different other places. But your there to fix problems.

You’ll never have a life outside of the job. Company cell phone and lap top are needed at all times. Any problems arise your 100% the blame. Depending on what client you work for life will be hell and the company will choose them over you every time. Management is very sneaky so be aware of promises and friends. Your replaceable at any time. The salary is under market and you can be reduced at any time for whatever the company needs. No HR department really. You’ll do tons of work and maybe even others unfinished work to help the team. You’ll be asked to travel and no additional compensation will be offered.
