Pros
Decent pay, though not competitive. Vacation is standard. Benefits are good. Events committee plans activities regularly (though holiday parties are getting less funding of late).
Cons
The company has lots of resources due to size, but is often very reluctant to use these resources. Leaderships team is not aligned - rather they fight each other for relevance and control of sales and the whole company suffers as a result. If you are in a role such as customer service/technical support, you will be pretty happy as you just follow the rules and answer calls. But, if you are in any other position, it will be a constant battle to get anything done or get anyone to respond to emails, etc.
