Company with no Vision, Plans and Understanding - Anonymous employee ToonBox Entertainment Employee Review

Executive managements has no plans and visions and understanding of how films are made, how the production works. They think making the artists clock in/out on time or force them to stay at their desks is the way to make artists more productive. They makes very uninformative, reactive decisions without consulting department's heads/supes which often create lots of chaos, delays and frustrations. I've never been in a company that the moral is so low and everyone in the company, from the director to facility people are so upset at the management.
