Pros
Working for a construction company is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the field, as it provides exposure to every facet of the business, from bidding on projects to coordinating various elements for successful execution. Engaging in tasks ranging from financial management to architectural considerations, it offers a comprehensive learning journey, fostering valuable experience in orchestrating multiple components to achieve project objectives.
Cons
The biggest down-side to working at Tooles was the owner. He lacked people skills and was very abrasive and short. I also believe they were not fair with salaries. If you didn't fight for it they would try to pay less. If they challenged it typically the employees would come out better with their raises.
