      The company allow a great flexibility to expand your reach and knowledge in manufacturing. Good chance to face customer all over the globe. Good team spirit among staffs and very cooperative environment.

      Cons

      Lack of internal mentor-ship/external training. Not very supportive to employee personal growth. Senior management is young.
