The new leadership team doesn't know what they are doing or what they should be doing. The new leadership team is trying to explore revenue streams that prev leadership teams had done and failed. Apparently they didn't learn from the past. The whole team spend a lot of effort in 2024 to launch the Tonal 2, Two weeks after the launch, they decided to cut employee benefits to save tiny little amount of money while spending more in area that they want to spend. The new CEO is a big marketing guy btw. This has hurt the employees morale while claiming they will "Invest in our people and improve employee morale to a positive eNPS". This is disgusting.
